Reiza Studios has announced a prestigious new licence: Aston Martin will soon make his debut in Automobilista 2. The British sports car manufacturer joins the growing list of official brands in the popular sim racing title. The first vehicles will be added in the upcoming Endurance Pack Pt3 DLC, which will be published in July 2025.

Two top models confirmed

Reiza Studios has confirmed that the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo and the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH make their appearance. This adds two icons of modern endurance racing to the game:

Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo

This GT3 car is an evolution of the successful Vantage GT3 and was introduced in 2024. The vehicle was developed for championships such as the FIA WEC, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the Fanatec GT World Challenge. Under the bonnet is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with around 535 hp (without BOP restrictions), mounted in a front-mid configuration. Optimised for long-distance racing, the car is known for its balance, reliability and racing efficiency.

Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH

The Valkyrie AMR-LMH is a standout within the WEC's Hypercar class and IMSA's GTP class. The car has no hybrid drivetrain, unlike many competitors, but is powered by a 6.5-litre atmospheric Cosworth V12 producing more than 1,000 hp (without BOP restrictions). It is a pure racing beast and a clear expression of Aston Martin's ambition to return to competing at the absolute top of endurance racing, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

In addition to these two models, work is also under way to add a street version of the Valkyrie, further increasing the diversity of Aston Martin vehicles within the game.

Major expansion of the IMSA field

Reiza Studios is officially licensed for the IMSA championship, and the arrival of Aston Martin fills some crucial “gaps” in the car field. According to studio head Renato Simioni, this further completes the experience in the endurance classes:

“We are targeting modern endurance cars with this update and filling in some missing elements in the IMSA classes,” Simioni said.

Aston Martin's arrival is part of Reiza's broader strategy to further develop Automobilista 2 as a platform for high-end endurance racing simulation.

Renewed Nürburgring (2025 version)

In addition to the vehicles, Reiza also announced that the modern Nürburgring layout has received a complete graphical and functional update, based on reference material from 2025. This means a more accurate recreation of one of the world's most iconic circuits, including improved details, textures and track layout.

The Aston Martin vehicles will become part of the Endurance Pack Pt3 DLC, which is scheduled for July 2025. This adds the new DLC to an already impressive list of extensions for this game, making Automobilista 2 even more interesting for endurance racing fans.

The pack will include at least three Aston Martins and represents one of the most notable expansions of the year for Automobilista 2. I can't wait for this new DLC pack and I hope that in the future Ferrari and Ford will also make their appearance in one of the best and most popular sim racing games right now.
