Simucube has set a new standard within sim racing hardware with the introduction of the innovative Simucube Co-Pedal. This all-new 2-in-1 passive pedal solution can easily be used as both throttle and clutch pedal and connects seamlessly to the Simucube ActivePedal setup. For the first time, Simucube thus offers a complete pedal line of its own, including clutch, which sim racers have long been waiting for.

The product combines innovative engineering with premium build quality and is clearly aimed at sim racers striving for the most realistic driving experience. You can read about what the new Simucube Co-Pedals are in this article!

What makes the Simucube Co-Pedal unique?

The Co-Pedal is distinguished by two innovative features. First, it is a 2-in-1 solution: one pedal that uses the patented Arc technology can be easily converted from throttle to clutch. This not only saves space, but also provides flexibility for sim racers who want to expand or modify their setup over time.

Secondly, the Co-Pedal uses a precision Hall sensor, as found in high-end racing cars, instead of a traditional load cell. This results in a highly accurate and durable operation with less weartage sensitive components, which is a great advantage especially in the long term.

"The Co-Pedal is the perfect extension of our ActivePedal. Sim racers can now finally opt for a full Simucube setup including clutch, with everything working directly and without additional adjustments." - Thomas Richter, Program Manager at Simucube

Main features of the Simucube Co-Pedal

  • 2-in-1 design: usable as throttle or clutch with Arc profiles
  • Motorsport-inspired Hall sensor for precise positioning
  • Fully adjustable: pedal height, angle, preload, rest position, spring and maximum travel
  • Three adjustable travel settings: 30 mm - 50 mm - 70 mm
  • Robust and modular design with improved rigidity
  • Quick conversion from throttle to clutch in just 1-2 minutes
  • 3-year warranty

This combination of features ensures that the Simucube Co-Pedal is suitable both for the novice sim racer who wants to build his first high-end setup, and for the experienced eSports driver who wants to control every nuance of the car. Above all, the customisability and high-quality sensor technology make this pedal attractive to a wide target group.

More information

Arc technology: throttle and clutch in one

At the heart of the Simucube Co-Pedal is the new and innovative Arc technology, a modular system that physically transforms the pedal by changing the Arc profiles. This means that as a sim racer, you can determine the pedal's characteristics yourself, depending on your preference and riding style.

  • Throttle configuration
    • Linear Arc profile for smooth and progressive throttle control
    • Adjustable travel and linear response
    • Progressive spring characteristic for more realism
  • Clutch configuration
    • S-shaped Arc profile with clearly perceptible point of contact
    • Heavy-duty suspension system for realistic clutch feel
    • Durable construction, suitable for long-term use under heavy load

Compatibility with Simucube ActivePedal

The Co-Pedal only functions in combination with at least one ActivePedal (Pro or Ultimate). Via the EXT ports (1 or 2), the Co-Pedal connects directly, making it easy to integrate into an existing setup. This allows sim racers to realise a complete full Simucube setup: brake (ActivePedal), throttle ánd clutch (Co-Pedal).

This offers a great advantage for those who already own an ActivePedal and can now effortlessly expand their setup to a full-fledged three-pedal system perfectly matched. See below some possible configurations.

With the arrival of the Co-Pedal, for the first time it is possible to build a complete Simucube set including clutch. This makes the step towards a homogeneous ecosystem even more attractive.

"The Co-Pedal is the perfect addition if you already use an ActivePedal as a brake. And suppose you already have a Simucube Throttle and want to switch to a full Simucube system, everything now fits together seamlessly. The Co-Pedal can assume exactly the same angle and position as the ActivePedal Pro and Ultimate. This is what sim racers have long been asking for: a Simucube clutch that works straight out of the box." - Thomas Richter, Program Manager at Simucube

Price and availability of the Simucube Co-Pedal

The Simucube Co-Pedal will be released in late October/early November 2025 and will be available worldwide via Simucube brandstores and official resellers. This makes the Co-Pedal a logical addition to the existing ActivePedal Pro and Ultimate, and makes the step to a fully integrated Simucube setup easier than ever.

Conclusion

With the introduction of the Simucube Co-Pedal, Simucube takes a big step towards a complete ecosystem for high-end sim racing. With its 2-in-1 functionality, high-quality Hall sensor and seamless integration with the ActivePedal, the Co-Pedal offers sim racers an innovative and sustainable solution.

For the first time, they can realise a full Simucube setup including clutch - something the community has long been looking forward to. For sim racers seeking ultimate control, modularity and reliability, the Co-Pedal represents an investment that is immediately noticeable on the virtual track.
