My name is Wilco Verhaegh, founder of SimRacingHub.nl. What once started as a hobby that got out of hand has now grown into a platform where thousands of sim racers come together. With more than 20 years of experience in sim racing - and a lifetime of passion for motorsport - here I share everything I have learned about racing technology, hardware and setup optimisation.

Sim racing for me is all about getting the most out of yourself and your equipment. Whether it's racecraft, technique or tyre temperature: I want to understand how it works, and then share that with others. That's why I started SimRacingHub.nl - to help other sim racers grow, get faster and most importantly: to enjoy this beautiful sport together.

Passion for (sim) racing

Besides sim racing, I am also active as a motorsport photographer at Motorsport-Pictures.com. For more than 15 years, I have been capturing racing cars at the cutting edge - always looking for that one moment when speed, emotion and technology come together in one image. That same passion for motorsport and eye for detail can be seen in everything I do at SimRacingHub.nl. Sharing knowledge, insights and experiences has become a matter of course for me - so that others too can get the most out of their sim racing experience.

Writer and author

As a writer and author, I have published book 'Mastering The Art Of Sim Racing', in which I share my experiences and techniques to help others take their sim racing skills to the next level. I am determined to continue to combine my love for motorsport and gaming and inspire others to do the same.
